Experience

Wellness Green.
It’s all about your team.

One of the most unique aspects of Wellness Green is that our programs are delivered over an extended period by experts in their respective fields.
Behavior change takes time, so the long length of civil projects provide an ideal opportunity for building new and better lifestyle habits that improve people’s ability to cope with the rigors of the job many months. This means the benefits of our programs compound over the longer term. Your workers can see and feel the benefit week to week and month to month.

Opening up the conversation

Our Program Facilitators engage your workers by bringing the analogies of sporting achievement to the work conversation.
They have an unmatched understanding of what it takes to achieve peak performance, but just as importantly, they’re able to share real life relatable experiences with an often sceptical audience. This unique approach helps workers to ‘buy in’ to the process and view it with a positive mindset.
What’s more, multiple forms of intervention support diverse workforces who learn and engage in different ways. .

Onsite
coaching

Coaches are nominated members of your leadership team and their role is to provide an interface between your project’s workforce and Wellness Green staff. Our program supports the coaches as they carry out day to day responsibilities including:

  • Monitoring of daily dashboards for wellbeing and performance
  • Intervening to ensure support is being provided where necessary.
  • Reviewing the team trends monthly.

Self learning resources

Through our mobile app, we alert individual workers if there are significant changes in their wellness indicators. The app then points the team member to resources that encourage the individual to “self-intervene”. These tools and techniques are designed to assist them in managing their stress and improving their overall sense of well-being.

Analytics and reporting

Though real time reporting, Program leaders have a view of where their focus needs to be from day to day. They immediately know which conversations they need to be having and with whom. Access to data is typically limited to senior roles for privacy reasons. The data record also demonstrates that your organisation’s duty of care has been fulfilled.

What our customers are saying

“Taking a minute to complete daily reflections encouraged by the program has led to improved safety and quality, as team members actively consider how to enhance their performance. These tailored initiatives have been crucial in maintaining a positive and resilient workforce, especially with the extreme heat and isolation of the project site.”
